24 Hour Cancellation Policy: if you will not be able to make it to your appointment, please let me know a day in advance of the time you've been scheduled. If I do not receive a timely cancellation, you will be charged for that time slot. I put at least 2 hours of preparation time into every chart before you arrive, and it's best if that preparation is done just before our session. Also, if a time slot is appointed and a client doesn't show, that time is wasted, both for someone else who may need immediate help, and for me. Please be courteous.
